This does not include the cost of buying domain name and server for your website which comes down to about $100 depending on the size of your website. If you need help with writing contents on your website with a language that is appealing to your readers, the guy is here to do just that and the cost will varyingly go up depending on how much needs to be written. Here is how: many designers charge their clients at $50 per page, such that if your website has 30 pages, you will have to pay such designer a sum of $1500 to have your website built.
