Subject: Congratulations, Graduate Database Compilation & Invitation to Meeting

 

Dear Fellow Youths:

 

Both on my own behalf and on behalf of the Office of the Education in Aweil Youth Association, USA, allow me, if you please, to cordially register my warmest greetings and best wishes to you all across the globe. I hope this congratulatory and invitational letter finds you well and happy.

 

My fellow youths, there are many instances respecting to our community and youths in particular to be appreciative for and proud of. In taking our stock of progress, marked sense of collaboration and projected fountains of mutual support, the AYA Office of Education rightly feels indebted, if not obliged to wholeheartedly pen this letter…to give due appreciation to all graduates, undertake database compilation and passionately appeal to all youths for good attendance at our upcoming July 4th gathering.

 

First, the Office of Education would like to congratulate all the graduates, past and recent ones, for having in the first place, embarked on studies against odds and then realized their dreams. Not only is the AYA proud of your inspiring academic achievements but the entire Aweil community is profoundly pleased with you…congratulations for hard-work, unmatched contribution to our nation building, and embracing communal spirit, which will, herein and thereafter, shine like lighthouse in the trying moments in our people-to -people, communal-centered development endeavor.

 

Secondly, the AYA Office of Education is also humbled by the actions, and efforts of our youths who continue with their studies; and are determined to leave no stone unturned. On other hand, the very office is appealing to those who are not in school to give it a try even though personal responsibilities, which grow incrementally, weigh us down. Education ought to be taken seriously because the more of us in the school acquiring acknowledge and life skills, the better for our own betterment and that of our state and nation.  However, those who are not going to school but are making headways in other respects also deserve our undivided attention, encouragement and pat on the back for job well done. Aluta contina, Madingda!

 

Thirdly, data compilation on those who have graduated from colleges/universities from various but splendid continents—Africa, North America, Europe, Australia— is a task that my office deems necessary and worthy of undertaking. In that regards, the Office of Education kindly asks graduates to send us the following particulars:

  3. Major
  4. Year Graduation

My fellow youths, the AYA Salt Lake City July 4th conference is going to be unique in many respects. First, it is going to be run by youths both by design. Secondly, the gathering will, accord us opportunity to deliberate on matters that are dear to our hearts, state of NBG and provide a platform where unity of purpose, development-inspired considerations and sense of belonging, will all things equally, help us move closer to the fruition of the “ long-talked, long-awaited, and yet-to-be-delivered Nyamlel High School Project”. Since actions speak louder than words, you are requested to make necessary arrangements to attend in person this-once-in a lifetime gathering in Utah where all Aweil youths from far and near will mingle and deliberate on youth role in development.

 

In conclusion, the AYA Office of Education looks forward to seeing you turning up on this magnificent day with intent to reach an informed consensus on how, when and if all goes well, to embark on the construction of the school and other future projects in Aweil.  Boy, this is an-all-you-must-attend- participatory-youth congregation. COME ONE, COME ALL.
