In the newly drafted constitution of the F.A.C.C, unanimously endorsed by all the conference attendees, a branch named: Advisory Committee (A.C) is created. The objective of this committee is to simplify the tasks of the federation. The Advisory Committee comprises the following people:

The delegates discussed the issue of famine in Aweil, viewing it as an immediate challenge that requires a collective response from Aweil citizens abroad. Mr. Riakriak Akok informed the F.A.C.C. office of the US Aweil community’s ongoing initiative to build two high schools in the Aweil mainland, one in Aweil West and another in Aweil East. Knowing well the poor state of education at home, the F.A.C.C. pledged to participate in this noble project. The F.A.C.C office is asking Aweil citizens, wherever they reside in Canada, to become involved in the realization of this project.
In order to make the aspirations and dreams of the federation achievable, the F.A.C.C office has created two committees consisting of five members: one for youth and another for fundraising events. The names of the respective committee members will be made available as soon as these members are nominated. The Youth Committee will coordinate the activities of Aweil youth across
The Federation’s Constitution was heavily debated and endorsed by the delegates who attended the conference. It was agreed upon that a few changes would be made to the constitution. A committee of five members will be formed to amend the areas identified by the conference attendees. The F.A.C.C’s approved constitution will be published on the F.A.C.C. website (currently under construction), so that everyone may have access to it.
F.A.C.C. is calling on all Aweil citizens in Canada and beyond to put aside their differences in opinion and go ahead with the reconstruction and peace-building process of our homeland. The time for rebuilding our war-torn motherland is now. Therefore, citizens are asked to live up to their obligations, as Aweil peoples, at these challenging times.
